Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How do I create an account?

To create an account, open AthletiX Pro and select “Register.” Provide your name, surname, email address, password, and optionally gender. Once registered, you can log in using your email and password. Email verification is optional, but recommended to unlock the full potential.

2. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, select “Forgot Password” on the login screen. You’ll be prompted to enter your email and verify it using 6-digit code. After the email is verified, a new secure password will be generated and sent to your email if the email is verified. It’s recommended to update the password as soon as possible.

3. How can I update my profile information?

To update your profile, go to “Settings” within the app and select “Personal Information.” You can change your name, surname, gender, and other personal details, but you can’t change your email.

4. Can I delete my account?

Yes, if you wish to delete your account, you can always do that from the application settings. Once deleted, your profile and all associated data will be permanently removed from our database.

5. How do I manage notifications and marketing emails?

At this point we do not send any marketing emails. We will update this section once that is changed.
